What Juan does
The list off the board
Seven things, done properly, by the person who quoted them. This is the same list that sits on the sign in the back of the ute.
Gutter Repairs
Sagging runs, split joins and rusted sections put right, plus full gutter and fascia replacement.
Roof Repair
Leaks traced and stopped, cracked tiles swapped, ridge capping made good before the next downpour.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Dust, salt and bird mess washed off the array so the panels give back what you paid for.
Solar Panel Bird Proofing
Mesh fitted around the array so pigeons stop nesting underneath it and fouling the roof.
Pit & Storm Drain Clearing
Soak wells and storm pits pumped out and cleared so the water has somewhere to go in winter.
Soft & Pressure Washing
Driveways, paving and decking brought back, with the pressure matched to the surface.

The difference
He vacuums them out. He does not scoop them out.
Most gutter cleaning is done by hand off a ladder, and the debris goes over the side. It lands on your paving, your garden beds and your lawn, and then it is your problem.
Juan works off a truck mounted vacuum. The leaves, grit and nesting material go straight into a drum on the ute and leave with him. Two of his reviewers bring this up without being asked.
“Vacuumed them out and no mess afterwards.”
